I'll give just a little update because my pictures aren't uploading. there is so much that is happening this week but the highlight for me was my added understanding of the atonement of Jesus Christ. We have been reading about the Atonement of Jesus Christ on the first lessons with people because if there is anything they need to understand is their relationship with God and His great and merciful plan for each of His children to obtain "peace in this world and eternal life in the world to come" which is through The Atonement of Jesus Christ. 

The Book of Mormon is truly the only way to know Jesus Christ and understand His Atonement because, by my count, there are 42 chapters that are about or deal with His eternal sacrifice and plan of redemption. I testify that as we study about His sacrifice, we will gain hope, peace, strength and a greater desire to share this with others. I challenge you to study and ponder some or all of the following chapters:

2 Nephi 2

2 Nephi 9

2 Nephi 26

Mosiah 2-5

Alma 37
