They Need Your Prayers

Hello--

This is going to be a short blog post. There is a super typhoon headed to our mission so we were evacuated. Before we left all the people in our town were in a frenzied panic packing up all their belongings, some of them know they are about to lose their homes. Last year 30 people died in our town just from a lower pressure typhoon so the wounds are still fresh and people are scared. The missionaries are all safe but please pray for our wonderful friends and members. The storm's landfall will start later tonight.

I know our prayers are heard and our faith in Jesus Christ can bring about many miracles

And now, my sons, remember, remember that it is upon the rock of our Redeemer, who is Christ, the Son of God, that ye must build your foundation; that when the devil shall send forth his mighty winds, yea, his shafts in the whirlwind, yea, when all his hail and his mighty storm shall beat upon you, it shall have no power over you to drag you down to the gulf of misery and endless wo, because of the rock upon which ye are built, which is a sure foundation, a foundation whereon if men build they cannot fall.Helaman 5:12
